Thomas Rich, a U.S. Army veteran and graduate of UC Berkeley and the University of Delhi, is the founder of Digidata Systems LLC and lead investor in Pet Dwelling. A lifelong animal lover, he has helped rescue and reunite countless pets, later focusing on digital innovation driven by compassion and community impact..
Ben Chou, Founder & CEO
Founder of Pet Dwelling, Ben brings over 25 years of IT experience and a proven track record of building successful ventures. Influenced by his father, he has been an animal lover since childhood. Today, he applies his expertise in cloud and digital technology to create innovative solutions that help protect pets.
Steven Liao, Chief Technology Advisor
Steven is an IT specialist with over 20 years of experience, beginning his career at Polytechnic University (now NYU) and Wall Street, and later leading system migrations and web application development at Columbia University. With deep expertise in web security and AI, he brings advanced technical solutions to Pet Dwelling. After joining the team, he became a pet owner and developed a strong passion for animal welfare.
