Refunds and exchanges are accepted for products purchased from any Pet Dwelling sites or marketplaces. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Pet Dwelling products come with a 1-year limited guarantee against product defects. To initiate a return, please send the defective product back to Pet Dwelling or submit a clear image of the defective item for exchange or replacement. Please note that any physical damage, including biting, scratching, loss, misuse, or abuse of the products, will not be covered by Pet Dwelling.
