Features may vary depending on the product, membership plan, device, browser, location settings and services available at the time.

Certain Pet Dwelling features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account and pet profiles.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Pet Dwelling Support promptly.

You are responsible for information and content you add to Pet Dwelling, including pet information, photos, owner contact information, veterinary information, documents and other materials.

You agree not to upload or publish content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another person's rights
• Contains another person's private information without authorization
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, threatening or abusive
• Contains malicious software or code
• Interferes with the operation or security of Pet Dwelling
• Violates the Pet Dwelling Acceptable Use or Content Policy

Pet Dwelling may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

Pet Dwelling QR and NFC products provide a way for someone who encounters your pet to access the pet profile associated with the tag.

Pet owners are responsible for:

• Activating the tag
• Linking the tag to the correct pet
• Maintaining accurate contact information
• Reviewing profile privacy settings
• Making sure the QR code or NFC product remains usable and properly attached

Pet Dwelling does not guarantee that a lost pet will be found, scanned, contacted about or returned.

Pet Dwelling may provide notifications when a pet's tag is scanned or accessed.

Location information may be available when the person scanning or accessing the tag allows location sharing through their device or browser.

Pet Dwelling QR and NFC identification products are not GPS tracking devices and do not continuously track the location of your pet.

Scan location availability and accuracy may depend on the scanning device, browser, network connection, location permissions and other factors outside Pet Dwelling's control.

Pet Dwelling does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of scan location information.

Your use of Pet Dwelling is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Pet owners control the information they add to their profiles and should carefully review the visibility and privacy settings available for each profile.

Information intentionally made visible through a pet profile may be viewed by people who access that profile.

Purchases of Pet Dwelling products may be subject to additional product terms, return policies and warranty conditions.

Products purchased directly from Pet Dwelling are subject to the return and warranty policies published on our website.

Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to that retailer's applicable policies.

Product appearance, packaging, features and availability may change from time to time.

Certain Pet Dwelling features may require a paid membership or subscription.

Membership benefits, pricing and included features are described at the time of enrollment and may change from time to time.

Recurring memberships may renew according to the terms presented when you enroll unless canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not necessarily provide a refund for previously paid membership periods except where required by law or provided under an applicable Pet Dwelling refund policy.

Premium benefits and replacement protection are available only according to the applicable Premium Membership terms.

You may not use Pet Dwelling to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Impersonate another person
• Harass or threaten others
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data
• Interfere with Pet Dwelling's website, servers or infrastructure
• Copy, resell or exploit Pet Dwelling services without authorization
• Violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights

Pet Dwelling may restrict, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect our users, services or business, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security threats, abuse or unlawful conduct.

Users may request account deletion in accordance with the procedures available through Pet Dwelling or by contacting Pet Dwelling Support.

Certain information may be retained after account termination or deletion when reasonably necessary for legal, security, transaction recordkeeping, fraud prevention or other legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pet Dwelling may contain links to or interact with third-party websites, payment providers, marketplaces, mapping services or other independent services.

Pet Dwelling does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Pet Dwelling's website, software, technology, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Pet Dwelling and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Pet Dwelling®, its logos, product names and related brand features may not be copied, reproduced or used without authorization.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of Pet Dwelling technology or intellectual property.

Pet Dwelling respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content available through Pet Dwelling infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact Pet Dwelling with sufficient information to identify the material and the claimed infringement.

Pet Dwelling may remove allegedly infringing material and may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.

Pet Dwelling works to provide reliable access to its products and digital services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network outages, third-party services or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Pet Dwelling Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York.

These Terms, together with applicable Pet Dwelling policies and any additional terms presented for specific products or services, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Pet Dwelling's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
