Pet Dwelling profiles are intended for pets and pet-related information. Profile photos and content should be appropriate and relevant to the pet.

Profane, obscene, deceptive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate content is not permitted.

Users are responsible for the information, photos, documents and other content they add to Pet Dwelling.

Content must not be used to harass others, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy, promote unlawful activity or interfere with the normal operation of Pet Dwelling.

Pet Dwelling may not be used for illegal or fraudulent purposes, including fraud, phishing, identity theft or other unlawful activities.

Accounts may not be used primarily for spam, deceptive advertising, unauthorized commercial activity or attempts to generate fraudulent traffic.

Automated or systematically generated activity that interferes with Pet Dwelling or negatively affects our users or infrastructure may result in account restrictions or termination.

Do not publish another person's private, confidential or personally identifying information without authorization.

Users are responsible for making appropriate choices about the information they add to their pet profiles and the information they choose to make visible to others.

Pet Dwelling does not permit content that promotes hatred, harassment, discrimination, threats or unlawful violence against individuals or groups.

Content that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others or creates a safety risk may be removed.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Pet Dwelling accounts, systems, data or infrastructure is prohibited.

Accounts involved in malicious activity, security attacks, exploitation or attempts to disrupt Pet Dwelling services may be immediately suspended or terminated.

Users should only upload or publish content they have the right to use.

Pet Dwelling responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Pornographic, sexually explicit or other inappropriate adult content is not permitted on Pet Dwelling pet profiles or through Pet Dwelling services.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Pet Dwelling may remove content, restrict access, suspend an account or terminate an account.

When appropriate, we may contact the account holder and provide an opportunity to address the issue before further action is taken. Serious violations or activity that may threaten users, data, security or the Pet Dwelling platform may result in immediate action.
